Scott & Karen Harmening

Hope Ministry Co-Directors

God redemptively used the death of Scott and Karen's daughter to fan their passion for caring for hurting people. They have an urgency for clearly sharing the fullness of the Hope of Jesus Christ with everyone, but uniquely so with those who are hurting.

Karen's experience as a corporate chaplain, and their combined experience leading and facilitating ministry for bereaved parents led to their current roles in Hope Ministry.

Their Hope in Jesus Christ was and is the anchor of their souls. Their anchor held fast through their darkest storm, and they long to share the reality of that unshakable Hope with as many as will listen.
