Music

Mount Zion Baptist Church has a very active and growing music ministry. The main objective of music at Mount Zion is to honor and glorify the Lord Jesus Christ in all we do. Our worship services have a variety of music in them, ranging from praise choruses to worship songs to hymns. There is great usefulness in the old as well as in the new as we stay aware of new music to be used in worship while not forgetting the deep truths of hymnody passed down through time. The Adult Choir and Orchestra lead worship every week and in addition we have a message in song from a soloist or small group.

Music is a crucial part of our worship service--it prepares the heart for the spoken word to follow. As you begin to worship with us, it is our prayer and desire for you to enter His gates with thanksgiving and praise, moving into communion with Him and true worship with Him. We seek for God's message through our pastor to be the zenith of your worship experience with us.
