What Will We
Learn?:
A balanced curriculum of work and play, quiet and active times,
group and individual experiences is planned. Your child will
participate in a variety of activities such as:

Working with paints,
clay, crayons, blocks, and other manipulative materials

Making short field
trips to points of interest in the community

Enjoying stories,
poetry, dramatization, films, and music

Learning to share,
take turns, plan, problem solve, and communicate with others

Developing and
expanding motor skills through inside and outside play

Exploring the world
through the use of the five senses

Practicing good
health and cleanliness habits

Prayer, Bible
stories, and Bible songs will be used with the children, but no
indoctrination of the Baptist heritage will be taught

Our Curriculum will be:
Birth through 2 Years Old:
Wee Learn Curriculum (Weekday Early
Education - Convention Press)
3 Year Olds will be using:
Wee Learn Curriculum for 3 year olds plus some supplementary
material
4 Year Olds will be using:
Wee Learn Curriculum for 4 year olds and Macmillan Learning
materials
Pre-Kindergarten will be using:
Lipencott phonics and reading series
Math -
Kindergarten will be using:
A Beka Curriculum plus some supplementary learning materials
